The MX series is used in many sectors in the transfer of liquids with viscosities from 1 to 100,000 cPs.
In the case of medium/high viscosity products, it can be used for metering services with the aid of frequency variators or motor variators, also electrically servo-controlled with a 4 ÷ 20 mA signal or pneumatically with a 3 ÷ 15 psi signal.
APPLICATIONS
The main applications of the MX series transfer pumps are:
The transfer and metering of any type of liquid with the absence of solid suspensions.
The pumping of molasses and other liquid products for animal feeding.
Transfer of liquids in the primary transformation processes – the pumping of chocolate (for this use a series has been specially created with a preheating chamber with a very large surface to favor the heat exchange between water at 55°C and the hydraulic chamber) – fats – jams etc.
The pumping of glues, resins, bases, acids, isocyanates, polyiols etc.
The construction of this series of gear pumps complies with the the 2006/42/CE, 2014/30/UE, 2014/35/UE directives and the UNI EN ISO 12100, UNI EN ISO 13732-1, UNI EN 809, UNI EN ISO 14847 standards. On request versions compliant with the 2014/34/EU (ATEX) directive and with the API 676 – NACE MR0175 standards; it is also available with EAC (CU TR 010) – CU TR 012 certification.
The management of the quality system of Pompe Cucchi Srl operates in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
The standard version is in AISI316L stainless steel with an anti-wear – anti-seize-up heat treatment that makes the component parts of the pump black (“black” treatment).
The MX series pumps are made of AISI316L stainless steel.
Shafts and gears are subjected to a particular anti-wear and anti-seize-up heat treatment.
